TappsAI builds focused software with AI in the loop at every stage — and a person who has been shipping production systems for nearly two decades making the calls.
The short version
TappsAI builds desktop and mobile apps. The first releases are TesseraSnap, a window manager for Windows 11; Tapps Tracker, a free, open-source MTG Arena tracker; and MTGA Daily Deals, a site a bot keeps up to date by reading the game's store every morning. Behind them is a lab of tools we built for ourselves — automation, trading research, AI pipelines — some of which may become products or be open-sourced. Each one started as a real problem that deserved a better tool.
The studio is AI-first: models are part of how everything is planned, prototyped, tested, reviewed and documented. That makes a very small team very fast. What it doesn't change is the standard — clear architecture, real tests, careful security, and software that respects the machine it runs on.
The blog is where we share what we learn along the way: patterns for putting AI into workflows with real consequences, notes from shipping native apps, and the occasional hard-won lesson.
